AT&T (The new Cingular) has told Reuters (http://www.reuters.com/article/technologyNews/idUSN2745435120070327?feedType=RSS) that they have already received over 1 million requests from customers who wish to be notified when Apple’s revolutionary iPhone becomes available. Apple’s goal when they announced the iPhone was to sell 10 million in the first year. Their chances seem pretty good if they are 1/10th of the way there and we are still 3 months away from launch.
